Mabel (Saxbury) Seba 1897-1982

Hannibal Courier Post, January 4, 1982 - Services for Mabel Irene Seba, 84, of 915 Union St., will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Clark Funeral Home. The Rev. Roger Briggs will be in charge. Burial will be in Grand View Burial Park.

Mrs. Seba died 9 a.m. Sunday at Levering Hospital. She was born December 10, 1897, in New Canton, Ill to Francis and Anna Sellers Saxbury. She was married to John W. Seba on Nov. 17, 1915. He preceded her in death Oct. 29, 1969.

Survivors include a son, John L. Seba, Hannibal; one brother, Ben Saxbury, Hull, Ill., and one grandchild.

Mrs. Seba was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, where she taught the TEL Class. She attended New Canton schools.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Art Walden, Art Cameron, Charles Person, Carl Taylor, James Dennison and Walter Baker.
