Death of Wesley L. Saxbury.
Wesley L. Saxbury died at his home in Charleston township Friday morning, Jan. 15, 1926. He was born in Elkland, Dec. 17, 1845. Mr. Saxbury was 80 years, 19 days old, being a resident of Charleston for 79 years and 8 months, living on the same farm except two years during which he served in the civil war, Company A, 187th Regt. Pennsylvania Volunteers.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Andrew Yessa, of Wellsboro, and by four great-grandchildren, Harry, of Wellsboro; Lester, Irene and Donald, of Ogdensburg; one sister, Mrs. Julia Fisk, of Wellsboro, and by eight nieces and nephews.

He was a charter member of the Catlin Hollow Grange, No. 1, 017; of Geo. Cook Post, No. 15, G. A. R., and a member of the Catlin Hollow Methodist church.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon; interment in the Catlin Hollow cemetery.
